Als Account Manager ligt je focus op prospectie: je identificeert nieuwe klanten en plant bezoeken in om hen de verschillende diensten van Axis voor te stellen
Naast nieuwe klanten zorg je ook voor de herlancering van bestaande 'slapende' klanten
Je beheert je klantenportefeuille van A tot Z: het eerste telefonische contact, de kennismakingsmeeting, de opmaak en ondertekening van de commerciële voorwaarden, een jobintake, enzovoort
Je ondersteunt de Career Advisors waar nodig in het commerciële proces dat bij rekrutering komt kijken
Je leeft jezelf uit op networking events, jobbeurzen en sponsoring events
Je werkt voor een specifieke business unit binnen Axis Group, maar maakt eveneens deel uit van het transversale sales team
Je klantenportefeuille bestaat voornamelijk uit klanten in de bancaire en verzekeringssector en je contactpersonen zijn HR-professionals
Je krijgt een grondige kennis van onze commerciële voorwaarden en weet deze overtuigend te presenteren en te verdedigen bij de klant
Je bent een ervaringsdeskundige in sales en koude prospectie, in een B2B-omgeving
Om uit te blinken in je taken is een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands nodig. Ook Frans is belangrijk om zo goed mogelijk samen te werken met je collega's in Brussel & Luxemburg
