We are currently partnering with a leading international dental manufacturer to support their search for an EMEA Product Manager – Special Markets (DSO) , a strategic role focused on driving growth across Europe and the Middle East.

Our client is a well-established, family-owned organisation with a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and customer focus. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven Product Manager to lead development within key segments including DSOs, tenders, and governmental accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for special markets across EMEA, aligned with business growth targets.
  • Create tailored solutions for DSOs and key accounts, combining products, services, and education.
  • Support regional sales teams with product expertise, pricing strategies, and marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with product teams to optimise portfolio offerings and improve customer workflows.
  • Drive marketing and educational initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and market presence.
  • Monitor performance and analyse sales data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the business at industry events.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management or sales, ideally within dental or healthcare.
  • Degree in Marketing, Product Management, Dentistry, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across international markets.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA (10–20%).
