Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is looking for a Night Auditor to join our team.
This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, combining guest services with financial and administrative responsibilities.
Handle late check-ins , early check-outs , and ensure smooth guest service during the night shift.
Respond efficiently to guest inquiries , requests, and any concerns during overnight hours.
Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance with established procedures .
Prepare and distribute reports summarizing the hotel’s daily activities and financial transactions.
Maintain the security and safety of the premises during the night shift.
Address and manage any emergency situations in coordination with hotel management and security teams.
Fluency in English and French is a must ; proficiency in additional languages is a delightful bonus such as Dutch.
Night shifts run from 11 pm to 7 am, with flexibility to work weekends .
