These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments. You will be joining the Group’s Regulatory Team, part of General Counsel Office , a dynamic cross-entity team responsible within the Pictet Group for groupwide public policy, regulatory watch and regulatory projects. You will join the European part of the team, reporting to Bank Pictet AG’s EU Regulatory Affairs Lead, based in Luxembourg. You will work in close contact with all departments and business lines (banking, asset management, asset services and trading) across the Group (Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Geneva, London, Paris, Hong Kong, etc.) Project management of regulatory projects involving multiple departments / business lines / geographical sites.
Liaising with internal stakeholders in Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Geneva on regulatory matters affecting the European banking hub, headquartered in Germany, and its branches.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables for regulatory projects.
Coordinate representatives of various departments (Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT, Business) to ensure all regulatory requirements are understood, assessed and integrated into the Group’s processes and systems.
Manage resources, budgets and risks associated with regulatory projects.
Prepare and present regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meeting high quality standards.
University degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance and/or ;
At least five years' experience in project management working for a banking group, an asset manager or a consulting firm.
experience with German regulatory environment (BaFin, Bundesbank) is an asset.
Excellent command of French and English, German an asset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
Excellent command of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
