Our client, a prestigious Private Equity (PE) firm with a global footprint, is seeking a motivated Regulatory Compliance Assistant to join their highly professional and collaborative team in Luxembourg . With a commitment to delivering top-tier investment solutions and regulatory integrity, this organization offers a stimulating and growth-oriented environment focused on compliance excellence in the private equity sector.Regulatory Reporting : As a Regulatory Compliance Assistant, you will conduct quarterly and annual data collection processes for EU and anti-trust regulations, coordinating with external counsel for filings. Data Collection on State Subsidies : Collect and manage data regarding non-EU state subsidies for portfolio companies, in partnership with external advisors.•You will have to search for specific information in the accounts of consolidated groups (subsidies, turnover, etc.) Tax Compliance : Support annual FATCA/CRS filings for SPVs and evaluate SPV classifications. Assess OECD regulations in collaboration with tax advisors, ensuring MDR/DAC6 compliance
• Compliance & KYC : Centralize global fund KYC/AML requests and coordinate with local banks for account setups. A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Accounting .
• Experience : 1-3 years in a similar role as Regulatory Compliance Assistant or within compliance, regulatory reporting and financial services.
• Language Skills : Full professional proficiency in both English and French .
• Solid understanding of the Luxembourg compliance and KYC landscape, with proficiency in relevant software.
• Proactive, well-organized, and committed to quality and deadlines, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
