Salt is currently hiring a Security Capability Lead for a client of ours in Brussels. The profile requires Dutch and French language speaking. This is a 6 month contract role. Role Own and lead a Group-level cyber security capability end to end, from strategy and roadmap to delivery and operations. Translate cyber strategy into measurable outcomes, reducing risk while enabling the business. This is a leadership role focused on adoption, maturity and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Define and own the security capability vision and roadmap aligned with Group strategy and regulation (e.g. NIS2). Deliver measurable outcomes: risk reduction, compliance, resilience and business enablement. Lead and enable cross-functional security squads. Own budget, investments and vendor management. Ensure architectural coherence across security domains (IAM, SOC, Network, Cloud, etc.). Drive predictable delivery and stable operations. Influence stakeholders and lead in a complex, federated environment. Profile Proven end-to-end ownership of a product, platform or capability. Experience across multiple cyber security domains. Experience in large or federated organisations. Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and outcome-driven mindset. Master’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications are a plus.
