Senior Corporate Officer – Knowledge Development, Stable Environment

Your Responsibilities | CoSec – Finance – Corporate Governance – Law – Fiduciary – Financial •You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs , from their formation to dissolution.
•You will work closely with the accounting team, particularly regarding annual account approvals.
• Liaising with third parties such as banks, lawyers, and notaries will be part of your daily responsibilities.
Profile and Career Path | CoSec – Finance – Corporate Governance – Law – Fiduciary – Financial •You have at least 6 years of experience as a corporate officer within a similar environment, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager, which will allow you to quickly adapt to your new role.
•You are well-versed in working with Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs , giving you a solid understanding of the types of vehicles you will manage.
•Effective communication is essential for this position, and fluency in English is a key requirement.
•Offer | CoSec – Finance – Corporate Governance – Law – Fiduciary – Financial •You will earn a salary of up to €80,000 gross per year , providing you with the means to fulfill your goals.
•You will be part of a close-knit, multicultural team that fosters a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere.
•You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to spend quality time with family and friends.
