It's not just those in our industrial sites and technical centres that are vital to Umicore's growth. Across our business supporting functions we ensure that we continue to grow and evolve - whether it's by making sure our decisions are commercially viable, enhancing our reputation, building new customer relationships or finding the right people who can build on what we've already achieved. The jobholder will be part of the Information Systems (IS) team, reporting to the Head of Business Applications, and will interact with the business teams of Umicore (globally), and within the larger IS department (at global and local level).
SAP Master Data consultant:
Lead and support the implementation of SAP Master Data Solution, including data governance processes, data quality and data consolidation
Deep understanding of how master data contributes to the business, steers the business processes and the underlying SAP solution and data integration
Define and implement all SAP data elements contributing to the Master Data overall setup and steering
Define and implement data governance policies and procedures
Collaboration with other SAP domain leads/architects and integration across domains
Investigate and resolve issues related to master data and provide support
Responsible for delivery of the project tasks - SAP config, documentation, testing, training, UAT, migration, go-live
SAP MDG platform owner:
Set up and ensure successful implementation of the SAP MDG roadmap
Organize change requests and implementation tracks for SAP MDG
You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP master data
Experience with Master Data Governance tools is a plus
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
