Marketing Automation Analyst

Wat ga je doen?

  • Gebruik jouw kennis van Salesforce Marketing Cloud om marketingstrategieën te vertalen naar efficiënte workflows.
  • Optimaliseer klant- en stakeholderervaringen met geautomatiseerde processen.
  • Zorg voor integratie en verbetering van marketingautomatiseringsplatformen.
  • Leid projecten en werk nauw samen met interne teams en externe partners.
  • Ondersteun lokale markten met jouw expertise in klantreizen en automatisering.
  • Organiseer trainingen en deel best practices om tools optimaal te benutten.
  • Werk mee aan heldere processen, documentatie en consistente workflows.

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelor of Master in een relevant vakgebied.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in digitale marketing, met focus op automatisering.
  • Hands-on ervaring met Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Sales Cloud is een plus).
  • Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Flexibel, analytisch en altijd up-to-date met de nieuwste marketingtrends.
  • Je hebt een creatieve mindset, kunt conceptueel denken en bent diplomatiek ingesteld.
  • Vloeiend Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. (Nederlands is een plus)
