Senior Construction Manager

Construction Manager - Industrial Site (DUTCH / ENGLISH) The Construction Manager will lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for the project, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements. The construction manager will act as owner construction manager in the structure of the EPCM set-up, representing the client construction input and interests. During that phase he ensures early input into planning and challenges construction bids effectively. He checks the construction drawings and should participate in the constructability reviews to optimize the construction strategy, identify potential issues, incorporate safety into the design, and reduce the risk of late changes. The construction manager should review the construction direct and indirect costs.
