Project Manager - Real Estate - BXL Notre client est une Société de Gestion de Projets Immobiliers. Ils ne recrutent pas pour un projet unique : les missions sont attribuées en fonction des dossiers remportés, principalement via appels d'offres. Les Project Managers interviennent donc sur une grande diversité de projets. L'organisation ne cloisonne pas les équipes : chaque Project Manager évolue progressivement sur différents types de projets afin d'acquérir une expertise transversale et un CV complet. Les projets sont répartis sur l'ensemble du territoire belge. Des interventions ponctuelles peuvent également avoir lieu dans le nord de la France. Le périmètre d'intervention peut couvrir tout le cycle de vie d'un projet : Programmation et études préliminaires Faisabilité et conception Gestion de projet Estimation et suivi budgétaire Appels d'offres & adjudication Suivi de chantier et coordination d'exécution Réception et clôture Selon les missions, le Project Manager peut intervenir de manière globale ou sur une étape précise. Notre client apprécie les profils capables d'évoluer dans plusieurs phases et de s'adapter rapidement à la nature des projets.
