We are working with an ambitious scale-up company located near Antwerp, rapidly expanding their footprint across various industries, including e-Commerce, AI solutions, and entertainment. Their unique approach and modern technical solutions drive their success, andn are now looking to further scale their technical team with a talented Lead Front-end Developer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. Role and Responsibilities As the Lead Front-end Developer, you will: Lead the front-end development efforts using React, setting the technical direction for the team Design and implement high-quality, responsive, and scalable web applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to deliver seamless user experiences Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices are followed Take ownership of project timelines, quality, and delivery Qualifications Strong experience in front-end development with a focus on React Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developer.
