Werken bij ons betekent deel uitmaken van een ambitieus, dynamisch en vooruitstrevend team. Jouw rol als Junior Buyer Als Junior Buyer ondersteun je actief de inkoopafdelingen van onze klanten. Onder begeleiding van een Procurement Manager help je inkoopprocessen optimaliseren, coördineer je aanbestedingsprocedures en creëer je toegevoegde waarde door zowel operationele als strategische sourcing-initiatieven. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: Assisteren bij leveranciersselectie, het opstellen van RFQ's (Request for Quotation) en deelnemen aan onderhandelingen. Uitvoeren van spend-analyses om kostenbesparingskansen te identificeren. Opvolgen van contracten en zorgen voor naleving van het inkoopbeleid. Samenwerken met interne stakeholders en leveranciers binnen verschillende afdelingen. Werken met ERP- en inkooptools (zoals SAP, Ivalua, Odoo) voor het beheren van sourcing- en aankoopactiviteiten. Wie zoeken wij? Masterdiploma in Economie, Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management of een gerelateerd vakgebied. 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in inkoop, supply chain of een gelijkaardig domein. Vloeiend in het Nederlands met een goede kennis van het Engels (Frans is een pluspunt). Een consultancy-mindset met sterke communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
