Bij Olympus Mobility bouwen we aan de toekomst van duurzame mobiliteit. Via één digitaal platform maken we het voor bedrijven en hun medewerkers eenvoudig om toegang te krijgen tot openbaar, gedeeld en elektrisch vervoer. Onze cloud gebaseerde microservices-architectuur en gebruiksvriendelijke mobiele app vormen het hart van onze technologie – en we groeien snel. Om dat tempo aan te houden, zoeken we een ervaren Java Engineer die wil meebouwen aan schaalbare microservices in de cloud en impact wil maken in een maatschappelijk relevant domein. Hier schrijf je niet zomaar code – je schrijft mee aan een platform dat mobiliteit slimmer en duurzamer maakt. Wat ga je doen? Als Java Engineer werk je mee aan het hart van ons platform. Je ontwikkelt robuuste, onderhoudbare backend-diensten in Java en bouwt mee aan een moderne REST-architectuur die onze app en partneroplossingen aanstuurt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen het team en denkt actief mee over technische keuzes, architectuur en kwaliteit. Concreet: Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en onderhouden van Java microservices met Spring Boot Bouwen van RESTful webservices (JSON/REST) voor interne en externe applicaties Werken met AWS en tools als Jenkins, Artifactory en monitoring Realiseren van integraties tussen backoffice en front-endcomponenten Technische vraagstukken analyseren en vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen Samenwerken met de CTO en bijdragen aan architecturale beslissingen Meedenken over de rol van AI binnen development en automatisering Wie ben jij? Je bent een gedreven Java Developer met passie voor moderne softwareontwikkeling. Je leert snel, werkt gestructureerd en voelt je thuis in een agile omgeving. Must-haves: Hoger diploma in Informatica/IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in Java development Grondige kennis van Java, Spring Boot, Maven, Hibernate, Mockito Ervaring met PostgreSQL en relationele datamodellering Kennis van RESTful APIs (JSON/REST) Ervaring met AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) Sterke punten: Conceptueel en analytisch sterk Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel Nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en leergierig Volgt technologische evoluties (zoals generatieve AI) met nieuwsgierigheid Wat bieden wij?
