Join Our Two-Year Trainee Program and Shape Your Future with Bosch Rexroth Are you ready to kick-start your career in sales and account management? At Bosch Rexroth Belgium, we offer an exciting and structured two-year program designed to foster your personal and professional growth.

Bosch Rexroth offers a unique program for ambitious talents who want to start their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Rexroth Graduate, you will take on a full-fledged role from day one, with real responsibilities and numerous development opportunities.

A Comprehensive Development Framework

Our program combines on-the-job learning, web-based and in-person training, and regular performance reviews to support your continuous growth.

Expert Guidance and Mentorship

You'll work closely with an experienced manager who will mentor you, help you develop essential skills, and empower you to take charge of your development journey. Additionally, you'll have a buddy, a dedicated HR contact, and a mentor from our senior leadership team to guide you throughout the program and beyond.

Exposure to Key Sales Functions

  • You will collaborate with external sales and application engineers to gain insight into our processes and technologies.
  • You will build specific technical knowledge as a foundation for career growth into roles such as: Sales Engineer, Account Manager, Service Engineer, Application Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in electromechanics, automation, or a similar field.
  • Experience: Maximum of 2 years after graduation.
  • Passion for customer relations and managing projects from A to Z.
  • Strong interest in mobile machines.
  • Hands-on mentality, ability to work independently, and enjoy being active in the field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial insight.
  • Ability to understand customer expectations and meet deadlines.
  • Languages: Excellent command of Dutch and/or French, with a very good knowledge of English.
  • Willingness to travel a few times per year (including overnight stays).
  • Driving License: Category B required.
