Are you looking to take on a leadership role within a well-established and innovative worldwide group in the industrial and technical services sector? We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize maintenance operations across Belgium, with the focus on the Flanders.

Your Role

Leading a team of 10 technicians, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of maintenance activities. Your mission is to drive operational excellence while fostering a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of maintenance professionals.
  • Ensure high service levels by optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
  • Contract Management: stay in regular contact with all current and potential customers of the portfolio as a point of contact for customers.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement best practices to enhance safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in maintenance management within an industrial or technical environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Organization and planning skills.
  • Dutch with good notions of French and English
