NXTGN is een jong en groeiend AI strategie netwerk. Organisaties rekenen op ons om zich te laten begeleiden bij de adoptie van AI, het ondersteunen van AI transformatie en het adviseren in AI strategie. We doen dit d.m.v. keynotes, opleidingen, workshops en adviesverlening.
NXTGN vertrekt vanuit een coöperatieve visie, onze ambitie is om een netwerk van ervaren adviseurs te verzamelen die kwalitatieve adviesverlening kunnen leveren bij onze klanten. Authenticiteit, duurzaamheid, transparantie en vooral kwaliteit staan hierbij centraal.
Om onze groei verder te realiseren zoeken we een ondernemende AI strategie consultant met ervaring die mee de kar kan trekken op lopende en toekomstige projecten, kan ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van thought leadership o.a. met desk research en daarnaast ook zelfstandig projecten kan opleveren ondersteund door ons team, onze expertise en onze tools. We staan open voor zowel payroll als contract.
Idealiter heb je het volgende profiel:
- Je hebt minimaal een 5-tal jaar strategie en/of technologie consulting ervaring. Je bent het gewoon of het schrikt je niet af om zowel voor hele kleine als hele grote bedrijven te werken.
- Je hebt sterke affiniteit met technologie en in het bijzonder AI. We zijn geen zuivere technologie experten, maar moeten wel het juiste strategie advies kunnen leveren in het kader van AI.
- Je bent generalist en kan, samen met onze experten, mee adviseren over strategie, change, organisatie, governance en technologie.
- Je begrijpt de commerciële dynamiek van consultancy. Liefst heb je een bestaand netwerk dat je kan activeren d.m.v. thought leadership.
- Je bent sterk in analytisch en abstract denken en bent in staat om snel processen, complexe concepten en strategische modellen te begrijpen, onder woorden en in beeld te brengen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een grote plus.
- Je bent bereid en hebt de ambitie om op termijn als zelfstandige deel te worden van onze coöperatieve structuur. Op korte termijn zijn andere samenwerkingsvormen (werknemer, contract, freelance, ...) ook mogelijk.
Wat NXTGN je kan bieden:
- Je komt terecht in een klein team en bouwt samen met ons verder aan het NXTGN verhaal door jouw expertise uit te bouwen en toe te voegen aan onze projecten
- Je kan meewerken aan uitdagende en interessante AI strategie projecten voor organisaties die aan de start staan van een AI transformatie
- We zorgen voor een goede balans tussen autonomie en begeleiding om je optimaal te ontwikkelen
- Op dit moment is NXTGN volledig remote georganiseerd (thuis/co-working). Je bepaalt in de nabije toekomst mee waar ons eerste kantoor gevestigd zal zijn.
- Verloning is afhankelijk van je ambities. We kunnen werken met vast en/of variabel loon, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur.
We zoeken iemand die we 100% mee kunnen betrekken bij de groei van NXTGN. Engagement is hierbij belangrijk. Voor ons wil dit niet zeggen dat je lange uren moet kloppen, wel dat je toegewijd moet zijn om binnen je persoonlijke grenzen alles te geven om de NXTGN missie uit te dragen.
