Teneinde de verdere expansie te ondersteunen wil men het 100-koppig team versterken met een PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Functieomschrijving In een eerste fase ben je als production engineer nauw betrokken bij de programmatie en opstart van een strategische investering, zijnde onze nieuwe state of the art volautomatische productielijn.
- Je leert in eerste instantie het productieproces kennen
- Vervolgens werk je op basis van technische documentatie alle parameters uit om uiteindelijk te komen tot de finale diverse frezensets voor de volautomatische lijn (uittekenen van de diverse frezen in nauw overleg met de toeleverancier).
- Je zorgt dat het technische boek wordt vertaald naar de diverse programma's (Kosmosoft) waarmee de CNC's worden aangestuurd en configureert het commerciële offerteprogramma in nauw overleg met de directie tot een geïntegreerd systeem (commercieel/productie).
- Je onderhoudt de programmatuur, zodat het maatwerk, met de nodige aanpassingen, de automatische stroom kan volgen.
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan collega's bij het gebruik van Kosmosoft, zodat ze optimaal kunnen werken.
Je rapporteert initieel aan de verantwoordelijke operations

Profiel
- Je behaalde minimaal een master (industrieel ingenieur), bijvoorbeeld bouwkunde, elektromechanica, mechanica, of een bachelor hout (in dat geval met relevante ervaring binnen de sector of eventuele kennis van programma's zoals Kosmosoft, Chacal, Ramasoft of andere)
- Een basiskennis van AutoCAD en 3D-denken is een must.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse om long term een cruciale rol binnen een industrieel bouwbedrijf op te nemen
- Je bent communicatief vaardig, een teamplayer en klantgericht.
- Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en een hands-on mentaliteit.
