What you'll do Are you eager to gain your first hands-on experience in the professional world? As a Junior Finance Consultant, you will contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in finance while working on a wide variety of challenging projects across different sectors and with diverse clients. You will embrace variety in your assignments, approach each project with an entrepreneurial mindset, and act as a trusted advisor to management teams by providing valuable insights and guidance. Examples of assignments: Accountant / Assistant Accountant General Ledger Accountant Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Accountant Finance Assistant Controller Business Support Finance Credit Controller Whether you are seeking to join us, keep in mind that flexibility, collaborative energy, and creative thinking are all essential to a successful relationship between you and the various companies you will be working for. Your profile & skills You have recently graduated with at least a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Fiscality. You have completed an internship with a relevant company as a first professional experience. You have a first hands-on experience in accountancy, such as: Recording purchase and sales invoices Posting bank and cash transactions Preparing VAT returns Preparing periodic closing activities Reconciliations: bank reconciliation, VAT checks, balance sheet accounts Analyzing costs and revenues Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts Following up on accounts receivable and payable Reporting to finance managers You are bilingual in French and Dutch; English is a plus. Finance consultants need a mix of technical and soft skills to work effectively with their clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Solid foundation in accounting and finance principles Flexibility and resilience, with a genuine appetite for variety and new challenges An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and colleagues Flexibility across regions within Belgium and different project types Outstanding organizational abilities and a can-do attitude Strong stakeholder management capabilities Why join Minds&More?
