We are currently looking for a Payroll Officer to join one of our partners in the aircraft sector, based in Zaventem. Thanks to this institution, you'll swiftly enhance your payroll skills. Our business partner invests in their talents through training, enabling you to broaden your knowledge and skills, including adaptability, persuasion, and innovative thinking As a Payroll Officer, you are the main contact person for white-collar and blue-collar employees regarding benefits, collective labor agreements, and various payroll matters. · Ensure the monthly Payroll processes. · Manage the time registration system via their internal tool. · Prepare employment contracts and other relevant social handouts. · Ensure full compliance with Payroll activities in alignment with their HR policy. · Bachelor's degree in Payroll and personnel administration or in a similar field. · Fluent in Dutch and French. · At least 2 years of experience in Payroll or Personnel Administration. · You are action-oriented, pragmatic, discreet with an analytical sensitivity.
