Functieomschrijving

Jouw marketingtalent zet Parte op de kaart. Als Marketing & Pre-Sales Specialist bij Parte krijg je de kans om écht impact te maken. Jij bent het brein én de motor achter onze branding en marketingstrategie, en dat vanuit ons bruisende hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen. Samen met collega-experts van HR, ICT en Finance in ons Service Center ondersteun je onze lokale kantoren en geef je richting aan hoe wij ons verhaal vertellen.

Met jouw creativiteit en strategisch inzicht geef je kleur aan onze merkidentiteit, campagnes en pre-sales processen. Jij bent degene die strategie omzet in actie – en resultaten levert.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

MARKETING

  • Van strategie naar actie: Jij vertaalt onze groeiambities in de syndicuswereld naar een marketing- en contentstrategie die inspireert en impact maakt. Met jouw uitvoerbare plannen maak je niet alleen impact op onze interne processen, maar laat je ons extern ook écht schitteren. Strategie is bij jou geen theoretisch document – het leeft, werkt en zet dingen in beweging.
  • Een merk dat blijft hangen: Jij bouwt aan een consistente merkidentiteit die Parte onderscheidt als dé referentie in vastgoedbeheer. Ook intern zorg je voor inspirerende branding en communicatie met collega's.
  • Digitale marketing die indruk maakt: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram – jij kent ze als je broekzak. Met slimme SEO- en SEA-strategieën vergroot je ons bereik en creëer je betrokkenheid die blijft plakken.
  • Een website om trots op te zijn: Jij zorgt voor een visueel aantrekkelijke, inhoudelijk sterke én technisch solide website. Leads aantrekken en opvolgen? Jij zorgt ervoor.

PRE-SALES

  • Diensten die verkopen: Jij bedenkt en implementeert strategieën die onze diensten in de kijker zetten. Met jouw optimalisaties laat je de offertestroom soepel verlopen en verhoog je de instroom van kwalitatieve leads.
  • Digitalisering in actie: Jij stroomlijnt ons pre-sales proces van A tot Z. Of het nu gaat om offerteaanvragen, presentatiecreatie of tools inzetten, jij maakt het efficiënter en slimmer.
  • Data als kompas: Jij houdt vinger aan de pols met heldere rapportages over leads, conversieratio's en kanaalprestaties. Jouw inzichten zorgen voor groei en optimalisatie.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent dynamisch, flexibel en houdt van een omgeving waar veel beweegt. Wanneer plannen moeten worden bijgestuurd schakel jij moeiteloos mee.
  • Digitale marketing zit je in de vingers. SEO, SEA, social media en websiteoptimalisatie zijn voor jou geen buzzwords maar tools waarmee je resultaat boekt. Je bent thuis in A/B-testing, UX-design en in één of meerdere CMS-tools.
  • Met jouw commerciële ingesteldheid en data-driven aanpak werk je gericht naar commerciële successen, zowel op korte als lange termijn.
  • Jij bent strategisch én hands-on: je denkt graag groot, maar houdt er ook van om je plannen zelf tot leven te brengen. Van idee tot uitvoering, jij zit er bovenop.
  • Als marketeer ben je natuurlijk een kei in communicatie. Of het nu gaat om een overtuigende tekst, een heldere presentatie of samenwerking met verschillende teams – jij weet de juiste snaar te raken.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt ownership over je werk, toont initiatief maar weet ook wanneer je hulp moet inschakelen.
  • Nederlands en Frans gaan je vlot af, en Engels is voor jou geen probleem. Een woordje Duits is daarbij mooi meegenomen
  • Je hebt 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring en een bachelor in Marketing, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
