In het kader van meerdere projecten binnen de cel Signalling Design Platform met betrekking tot het ETCS (European Train Control System), is ICT op zoek naar een test lead met een ISTQB-certificatie en kennis van kwaliteitsnormen zoals EN 50.128. Deze test lead zal een klein Agile-team aansturen dat uit verschillende testers bestaat, en zal actief deelnemen aan zowel manuele als geautomatiseerde testen van Java-projecten. Hij/Zij hanteert een innovatieve aanpak, met respect voor de principes van cybersecurity en de ICT-standaarden. Het vermogen om proactief en autonoom te werken aan uitdagende projecten is een essentieel onderdeel van deze functie. De test lead zal ook bijdragen aan de businessdoelstellingen van de projecten, wat een sterke gebruikersgerichte visie en nauwe samenwerking met de business teams vereist. De betrokken projecten vallen onder verschillende normen (kwaliteit: ISO 9001, seininrichting: EN 50.128, veiligheid: ISO 27001 - NIS). Het is daarom cruciaal dat de kandidaat nauwgezet te werk gaat en voldoende tijd besteedt aan de vereiste documentatie om de opvolging en naleving van deze standaarden te garanderen. De ideale kandidaat is een senior test lead, ervaren in het werken binnen Agile/Scrum- teams, proactief en zelfstandig, met een sterke interesse in businessvraagstukken. Hij/Zij heeft een gebruikers- en kwaliteitsgerichte visie en kan zijn/haar ideeën op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier communiceren.
