As a Server Engineer, you will oversee the management and maintenance of our Windows and Citrix server environments. Your role involves providing advanced support, resolving complex technical issues, and conducting thorough investigations into user-reported problems. Additionally, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement and optimization of the Citrix architecture. Your job? Manage and optimize Windows and Citrix server environments Provide second-level support and resolve complex cases Investigate and resolve issues within the environment or for end-users Actively participate in the evolution and improvement of the Citrix architecture Your profile? At least 6 years of proven experience as a Windows Server Engineer Strong knowledge and proven experience with Citrix (installation, configuration, and management of Virtual Apps and Desktops, Storefront, Citrix Workspace, Director, Studio, Profile Management, and NetScaler) Experience with Citrix certifications, Active Directory, MS Exchange, VMware, PowerShell, NetApp, PRTG Monitoring, and Anti-Malware solutions is a plus Understanding of and experience with networking and security principles Fluent in French or Dutch, with excellent English proficiency German language skills are a plus A team player with strong planning and organizational skills Ability to handle stress and meet strict deadlines Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently resolve technical issues Customer-oriented with the ability to quickly learn new products and environments Capable of writing clear processes and documentation Our offer?
