We're growing — and looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Brussels-based team and serve our Dutch- and French-speaking clients.
You'll play a key role in challenging hiring strategies, identifying top-tier talent, and guiding clients and candidates through transformational recruitment journeys.
Own the full recruitment cycle – from briefing to onboarding
Collaborate on training & evaluation projects when relevant
Be part of an agile, ambitious, and human-centered team
Bilingual Dutch/French (EN is a plus)
2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Continuous training & learning on recruitment, evaluation, leadership
