A pharmaceutical consultancy is expanding its Life Sciences Automation team and looking for an Automation Project and Technical Lead to lead the new pharmaceutical and Lifesciences Automation Team in their Head Office.
This role suits an experienced Technical Lead with a strong Automation or Electrical Engineering background ready to take ownership of technical delivery and team leadership within GMP manufacturing environments. The candidate must have a background working within a pharmaceutical environment and experience handling multiple complex projects, managing teams and large budgets.
Act as a Technical Lead for the Engineering Office of a large Life Sciences Consultancy
Lead automation activities including design, implementation, and validation activities
Experience with Siemens Software platforms
Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication
8+ years’ experience as leading Engineering Teams in pharma / biotech
~ Solid knowledge of Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering platforms - especially Siemens
~ Previous Project Management / Team Leader experience
~ Fluent in French (English and Dutch is a plus)
