Job Description Senior Java Engineer (Belgium – Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Engineer to join high-impact Agile squads working on complex and mission-critical backend systems. Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot .
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and code quality standards.
Act as technical owner for critical backend services and components.
Collaborate with Product Owners, architects and engineers in cross-functional Agile squads.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
8+ years of experience as a Java Engineer or Backend Developer.
~ Expert-level knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Boot, Maven, Git .
~ Cloud experience (Azure or GCP) is a plus.
~ Languages
~ Fluent English (Dutch or French is an advantage).
