We are seeking a Solution Architect to design, implement, and enhance technical solutions that support our company's strategic goals. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure our systems and solutions are perfectly aligned with our customers' and the organization's needs. Responsibilities Examine and refine business processes to develop scalable, reliable, efficient, and secure solutions that meet organizational demands Partner with Business and IT stakeholders, including Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers, to convert requirements and ideas into actionable solutions Offer technical expertise and guidance in project planning, risk analysis, and migration strategies to project teams and stakeholders Co-lead the technical team during complex project implementations, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and acting as a key technical contact Keep abreast of technological trends and convert these insights into practical solutions for our organization Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in a complex IT setting Preferably certified in Togaf or a similar methodology (e.g., BABOK, BPMN) In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructures, software development processes, and integration principles. Experience with complex IT systems (e.g., WMS, MES) is preferred, and familiarity with cloud solutions, ERP systems, and digital transformation projects is advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an innovative mindset Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders A collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven approach and proven leadership skills
