Lead daily operations and manage a team of Team Leaders and up to 100 indirect employees in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
Ensure departmental KPIs and customer service levels are consistently achieved.
Train, coach, and motivate teams to deliver high performance.
Manage workforce planning, agency liaison, and shift allocation.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment in line with GXO Health & Safety procedures.
Work across two shifts (Monday–Friday: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00), Saturday morning rotational 4.00 – 12.00.
Interact regularly with internal and external customers, unions, and cross-functional teams.
Experience leading teams in a warehouse, distribution, or production setting.
Fluency in Dutch OR French and basic in opposite language (Fluent in French and basic Dutch OR Fluent in Dutch and basic French)
Understanding of WMS systems, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.
Willingness to work on-site and in shifts
Exposure to global supply chain operations
