About us Challenge Airlines (BE) S.A. is an airline based in Liege Airport (LGG) with a Belgian AOC. The airline operates daily scheduled cargo flights and charter services carrying nonstandard goods and general cargo internationally. Challenge Airlines (BE) is part of a Global airline group that carries approximately 400,000 tons of cargo annually. The Technical Support is the technical reference person in the CAMO, holding outstanding expertise on the subject aircraft type(s). Consequently, he/she monitors complex and/or repetitive defects troubleshooting, perform regular aircraft visits for conditions checks, and acts as technical representative for the CAMO for line maintenance at homebase. He/ she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the operational reliability of the airline's fleet by providing expert technical guidance and coordination. This role involves management of aircraft recovery when in AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, analysing technical defects, modifications and collaborating across various departments to enhance operational efficiency and technical reliability.
Monitors and assit in analysing complex and/or repetitive defects troubleshooting;
At homebase, monitors the execution of maintenance;
Support CAMO team with specific aircraft type technical expertise;
Quality & occurrences support for technical issues;
Technical Representative for base maintenance events as assigned.
Provide technical support to MCC, GCC, planning, engineering, MRO (Maintenance Repair Organizations), and technical pilots
Attend and contribute to technical meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to analyse and resolve complex maintenance issues.
Fluent English is essential, French and Dutch are considered as advantages;
