As part of our mission to redefine migraine care, we are looking for a Product Manager to spearhead the development and growth of our Cece app, transforming it into a leading software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) solution.
Position Overview: The Product Manager of Cefaly's Medical Grade App, CeCe will lead the evolution of our digital app, managing its lifecycle from development to optimization. This role bridges product development, patient experience, and strategic growth, focusing on creating best-in-class features while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of patient needs, experience in app development and healthcare technology, and the vision to scale the CeCe app into a leading platform for patient engagement and support.
Product Development and Strategy
Partner with engineering teams to drive the development of new app functionalities, ensuring they align with user needs and industry best practices.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical interoperability and development alignment between the app and devices.
Conduct user research to understand patient pain points and translate these into actionable app features.
Collaborate with customer service and clinical teams to incorporate feedback from patients, especially regarding usability and accessibility challenges.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain rigorous testing and documentation protocols.
Data Analytics and Growth
Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to enhance app retention and value.
Work closely with marketing, R&D, IT and Data Analytics to align app development with broader company goals.
Support partnerships with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups to drive app adoption.
Identify opportunities to expand the app's features into broader markets, such as integration with other health platforms or expanding its indications.
Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Software Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or related fields.
5+ years in product management, ideally within healthcare technology, mobile apps, or SaMD, MDSW domains.
~ Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and delivering successful app features.
~ Strong analytical skills and experience working with API, databases and data analytics tools (e.g., Proficiency in software development tools and platforms (e.g., Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across diverse teams.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and Agile development methodologies.
Fluency in English.
