Functieomschrijving Ben jij technisch onderlegd, klantgericht en geboeid door medische technologie? Als Field Support Engineer ben jij de schakel tussen onze geavanceerde producten en de zorgprofessionals die ze gebruiken. Wat je doet Installeren, onderhouden en repareren van medische trainingsapparatuur. Technische ondersteuning bieden on-site en remote, in NL en FR. Troubleshooten van hardware- en softwareproblemen. Klanten trainen in correct gebruik van apparatuur. Samenwerken met interne teams om oplossingen te implementeren. Rapporteren van service-activiteiten en bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten. Profiel Wie jij bent Ervaring in technische support of field service, bij voorkeur in de medische sector. Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans; Engels is een plus. Probleemoplossend, nauwkeurig en klantgericht. Bereid te reizen binnen Brussel en Wallonië Gepassioneerd door technologie en het verbeteren van de zorg.
