Wij zijn op zoek naar een stagiair die tijdens de zomervakantie zijn of haar kennis wil uitbreiden. Deze stage biedt een uitgelezen kans om waardevolle praktijkervaring op te doen in een parttime functie (3/5).Tijdens je stage bij de afdeling Finance & Accounting duik je in de wereld van accountancy. Je leert hoe je financiële gegevens rond leveranciers, correspondenten en inkoopfacturen bijhoudt, registreert en verwerkt. Met de begeleiding van ons team, draag je bij aan de tijdige, juiste en volledige invoer, verwerking en betaling van geautoriseerde inkoopfacturen. Profiel Jouw uitdaging
Leren controleren en verwerken van ontvangen facturen, met ondersteuning van het team;
Zorgen voor correcte grootboekomschrijvingen en tijdige autorisatieprocessen onder begeleiding;
Onderhouden vancontact met leveranciers en fungeren als aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie voor inkomende facturen en betalingen, met ondersteuning van je mentor;
Bijdragen aan een juiste, tijdige en volledige verwerking van banksaldi en betalingen;
Assisteren bij de maandafsluiting en signaleren van belangrijke punten aan de teamleider. Jouw Profiel Studenten die bezig zijn met een opleiding in accountancy of een gerelateerd veld;
Je bent leergierig en niet bang voor de complexiteit van gedetailleerde analytische boekhouding;
Een proactieve houding met interesse in BTW en vennootschapsbelasting;
Communicatief sterk, accuraat en een echte teamspeler;
Je bent enthousiast over verdere ontwikkeling en digitalisering;
