The opportunity This is a flagship hyperscale data centre build in Europe. The BMS and PMS scope is mission-critical to successful commissioning and handover - and you'll be the person driving it across delivery, integration, testing, and acceptance. What you'll be doing Lead the BMS/PMS construction package end-to-end: procurement, installation, integration, commissioning, and final acceptance Coordinate interfaces across MEP, controls/automation specialists, commissioning engineers, vendors, and subcontractors Act as a visible safety leader on site and maintain compliance with local H&S requirements Run vendor and subcontractor governance: progress, risks, technical blockers, and corrective actions Track package costs and variations (labour, materials, subcontractors) and keep reporting tight Drive quality: inspections, documentation, test evidence, and readiness for client sign-off Own the handover outcomes: O&M manuals, as-builts, test scripts, commissioning reports and close-out What you'll bring Proven delivery on mission critical / data centre builds (hyperscale strongly preferred) Deep understanding of BMS, building automation/controls, and how they interface with critical infrastructure Strong exposure to PMS / power monitoring, electrical integration, and commissioning dependencies Confident managing specialist vendors and subcontractors, with real site presence and authority Solid working habits around programme, cost tracking, and quality management What you get A serious scope on a serious build - high visibility, high complexity, high standards Autonomy and ownership - you'll be trusted to run the package, not babysat Strong progression runway if you deliver Apply now if you've led BMS/PMS delivery on mission critical builds and you like being the person who makes the interfaces actually work.
