Solution Designer Lieu: Luxembourg, Luxembourg Entreprise: POST Luxembourg As the leading national provider of postal and telecommunications services also offering postal financial services, POST Group Luxembourg is a key actor of the Luxembourgish economy.In order to strengthen its teams, the Business Enablement Services department is looking for a full-time team member for its ‘Solution & System Development’ service, whose main mission is to support and ensure the continuity of the proper functioning of BSS and OSS systems. Design end-to-end BSS/OSS integration solutions to meet customer needs and ensure compliance with the enterprise architecture standards, IT security policies, and industry best practices
Coordinate with other teams in the context of transversal changes and supervise the execution of tasks assigned to stakeholders
Conduct handover presentations for other teams to operate the delivered solutions
Support the configuration team in maintaining, and managing BSS/OSS applications
Provide ongoing support to development and testing teams
Master’s degree in IT/Telecommunications
Have experience in application development processes
Be recognized for your proven interpersonal skills for close collaboration with other teams inside the company, customers and vendors
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Be fluent in English. French and Luxembourgish would be considered as assets
