Senior Service Manager – 6 Month Contract | Brussels (hybrid) | Financial Services
A leading European financial services institution is looking for a Senior Service Manager for a 6‑month contract to support regulatory change (including DORA) within its service, procurement and vendor management function.
You will review and improve policies and procedures, raise awareness with IT and non‑IT stakeholders, manage relationships up to executive level, and collect and report data on ICT suppliers, service criticality and the service catalogue. You will also contribute to enhancing tooling (O365, ServiceNow) and support the adoption of Agile ways of working.
10+ years in IT outsourcing, vendor management, procurement or IT service management.
~ Experience in Agile environments and a consulting mindset.
~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (in English).
~ DORA/financial regulations experience, post‑trade / market infrastructure knowledge, and data/automation skills (Excel, Power BI).
