I'm partnered with a growing scale-up digital company based in Leuven, working on innovative projects across various sectors including financial, retail, and med-tech to name a few. They are dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional digital solutions and drive growth. Together we're recruiting for an experienced Technical Lead Developer to spearhead the development of their client's mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter and Node.js, any experience in React Native being a plus. This role is predominantly focused on development, but also includes team-leading and mentorship responsibilities, meaning you need to be a good communicator and have strong inter-personal skills. Key responsibilities Lead the development of mobile applications using Flutter and Node.js. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile application development. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes related to technology and development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in mobile application development with Flutter and Node.js. Proficiency in React Native is a plus. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team. Familiarity with Version Control systems (e.g., GIT). Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Offer Chance for career progression and is an easy stepping stone into management.
