We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment operations across Spain, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. This role goes beyond coordination—it requires strategic thinking, autonomy, and strong stakeholder management to deliver high-quality talent acquisition solutions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Recruitment Support: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends and recruitment strategies. Help manage LinkedIn Recruiter projects and talent pools. Multilingual Communication: ~ Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication team to regularly post open roles on our LinkedIn company page, enhancing visibility and engagement across key markets. Help prepare materials for recruitment events or campaigns. Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role, with proven ability to manage complex recruitment autonomously. Fluency in English in addition to local language.
