As a Project Lead HVAC at Camfil , you will be responsible for the complete management of the construction site during the project execution. You will be at the heart of our projects, from planning to completion. You won´t just manage from behind a desk; You will lead and motivate the project team and subcontractors, and, together with the sales team, act as the contact person for all technical questions. Lead, motivate and support the project team and subcontractors directly on site
Be the go-to technical contact for clients, working closely with the sales team to find the best solutions
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with our quality standards
Experience in the HVAC sector is a strong plus, but not a strict requirement. Project management or site management experience
Excellent skills in Dutch and French and a good command of English
Ability to balance people management with practical technical insight
Extensive training and guidance to help develop your career
~ 12 additional ADV (reduction of working time) days with a 40-hour workweek
