Gérer la revue permanente de la complétude et de la qualité des données KYC des clients en fonction de leur niveau de risque
Traiter les demandes clients requérant une diligence renforcée du point de vue de la règlementation et du contrôle interne (modifications de données signalétiques, procurations, clôtures, successions, etc.)
Être titulaire d’un Master (BAC+5) avec une spécialisation dans le domaine bancaire
Disposer d’une expérience réussie de minimum 10 ans dans le secteur de la banque de détail et/ou des paiements au Luxembourg, de préférence en lien avec l’onboarding de clients, le KYC et/ou l’optimisation des processus
Bénéficier d'une expérience dans la gestion de projets, notamment en gestion de qualité
Avoir un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, combiné à un esprit critique et une rigueur organisationnelle et financière
Maitriser parfaitement le français et l’anglais (écrit et oral) ainsi que les outils informatiques usuels (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, outils bancaires)
Une copie conforme de votre diplôme et une copie récente de l’extrait du casier judiciaire vous seront demandées au cours du processus de recrutement.
