Tax Manager

•Votre portefeuille clients se compose de fonds d’investissements (régulés et non régulés), de SOPARFIs, de SPF, et de sociétés Private Equity et Real Estate . Vous vous renseignez donc de façon continue sur ce type de structures pour toujours être à jour dans vos connaissances.
•Vous êtes également en charge de l’aspect TVA et conseil pour les clients, en collaboration avec les comptables.
•Vous suivez des formations afin de ne pas être spécialisé en compliance, advisory, ou TVA, mais bien dans ces 3 domaines. Profil et parcours | Fiduciaire – PSF – Service Provider •Vous avez travaillé dans le domaine de la fiscalité pendant au moins 5 années , au sein d’un cabinet au Luxembourg.
•Vous avez une bonne connaissance globale des clients financiers (SOPARFIs, Holdings, PE/RE, fonds).
•Vous êtes compétent et à l’aise lorsqu’il s’agit de discuter avec des clients, et de transmettre vos idées. Cette aisance vous permet d’ailleurs de vous adapter à de nombreuses situations et personnes.
•Vous parlez couramment français et avez un bon niveau d’anglais pour échanger avec vos clients et quelques collègues anglophones.
•Si vous êtes titulaire des certifications « Cycle A » et/ou « Cycle B », cela représentera un énorme avantage. Il en sera de même pour la détention d’un diplôme en fiscalité, finance, ou droit. •A terme, vous finirez par créer un département tax et par recruter des personnes. Vous travaillerez seul dans un premier temps, et serez d’un précieux conseil pour tous vos collègues.
