About the Role
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with multiple business units, designing and implementing scalable, high-performance CRM solutions. This is an opportunity to own the end-to-end architecture development process, from requirements gathering to deployment, while acting as a technical authority on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE solutions from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organisational goals.
- Act as a technical SME, providing guidance on best practices, solution scalability, and performance.
- Drive the adoption of reusable architecture frameworks, improving efficiency across projects.
- Ensure solution documentation is produced to enhance understanding and future scalability.
Key Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.5+ years' experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CE.
- Expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure integrations, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of industry-leading architecture solutions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Experience working within agile environments and leading technical teams.
