Voor onze partner in de regio Zulte zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analist die een sleutelrol wil spelen binnen het IT-team en actief meewerkt aan de implementatie van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Analyseren van bestaande bedrijfsprocessen en verbeterpunten in kaart brengen Business requirements verzamelen, documenteren en vertalen naar heldere analyses en aanbevelingen Nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om procesoptimalisaties te identificeren, te implementeren en op te volgen Gedetailleerde documentatie opstellen van processen, workflows en verbetertrajecten Collega's ondersteunen bij de introductie van nieuwe processen en systemen en verzorgen van training waar nodig Monitoren van de uitvoering van verbeteringen en meten van de impact op efficiëntie en bedrijfsresultaten Actief meewerken aan de ERP-implementatie (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) en andere digitaliseringsprojecten Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring als Business Analist of in een gelijkaardige functie Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels Je hebt een analytische en kritische geest, denkt probleemoplossend en werkt zelfstandig Je hebt ervaring met of kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 binnen een productieomgeving Kennis van BPMN en Azure DevOps is een mooie troef Als Business Analist mag je rekenen op uitgebreide trainingen en opleidingen om jezelf te ontplooien op professioneel vlak.
