Being an Avertimer means that you will act as a trusted partner to help our customers successfully achieve their transformation programs.
By translating their strategy into actionable projects and enable Business, Technology and Management alignment through Avertim’s three key service lines: increase performance, drive innovation and leverage compliance.
Successfully advise on strategical ambitions, solve transformation challenges, manage impactful projects and deliver solutions related to the current market issues faced by our clients, such as energy transition , digital mutation or regulatory obligations .
As a Functional Analyst , you will also:
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.
Lead and facilitate workshops to gather, analyze, and document business processes and user stories.
Design and validate functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to change management and training activities.
Continuously monitor and improve existing processes and solutions to maximize business value.
Immerse yourself into a vibrant, fast-growing team and nurturing work environment.

You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate business needs into functional requirements.
You have proven experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, or solution design.
You are comfortable acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
You have knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMI…) and related tools (Jira, Confluence, Bizagi…).
You are passionate about digital transformation, process optimization, and business innovation.
