Votre rôle

En tant que Graphiste, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de l'image de notre marque à l'international. Vous serez responsable de la création de contenus graphiques destinés à divers canaux, tels que le digital, l'imprimé, et les points de vente. Sous la supervision du Visual Merchandiser Manager et du Visual Project Manager, vous serez en charge de :

  • Créer des compositions graphiques et visuelles qui reflètent fidèlement l'ADN de la marque.
  • Garantir la cohérence visuelle de l'identité de la marque sur tous les supports de communication.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, retail et communication pour garantir une cohérence visuelle sur tous les supports.

Vos missions principales

  • Design graphique: Réalisation de créations visuelles (affiches, brochures, animations digitales) pour renforcer l'identité visuelle de Pierre Marcolini. Réaliser des maquettes, illustrations et animations adaptés selon les besoins des projets.
  • Supports digitaux: Création occasionnelle de supports de communication digitale (gifs, recadrages, ...).
  • Point de vente: Production de visuels attractifs et impactants (affiches, brochures, packaging, PLV,...) pour enrichir l'expérience client et mettre en valeur nos produits en magasin.
  • Innovation visuelle: Veille des tendances graphique / merchandising et exploration d'idées innovantes pour se démarquer dans un secteur compétitif.
  • Opérationnel: Visite des boutiques, analyse et optimisation du merchandising en place. Suivui de production et coordination des projets auprès des prestataires.

Votre profil

  • Formation: Diplôme en graphisme, arts visuels, design ou équivalent.
  • Expérience: Minimum 1 ans d'expérience en tant que graphiste, idéalement dans un secteur premium ou lié à l'artisanat.
  • Compétences:
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de création graphique (Pack office, Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Le montage vidéo et des notion de 3D (sketchup) sont un +
  • Sens aigu du détail, créativité, rigueur.
  • Curiosité et ouverture d'esprit pour suivre les tendances et proposer des concepts originaux.
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et esprit d'équipe.
  • Proactivité, autonomie et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Flexible et réactif. Capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés tout en respectant la qualité.
  • Relève les défis et êtes prêt à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément.
