On behalf of one of our clients in the social security sector, we are looking for a Database Administrator to oversee Data flows and good database management and development practices. About the job Data flow management You bring support and counsel in downloading treatable datasets You interpret and analyze said datasets You determine the most efficient way to dispatch the data throughout the organization You keep management updated on modifications to be made and opportunities in bettering the data sets and management processes Data cleaning and manipulation You follow due diligence procedures in data treatment concurrent with different back offices You enforce smooth communication both internally and externally You ensure to pick up on discrepancies and treatment errors within the datasets About you A master's degree or equivalent experience Perfectly trilingual (with a strong focus on French and Dutch) Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office Previous experience or theoretical knowledge of data treatment and analysis is a strong plus An analytical, detail-oriented mind Skills in reporting and data synthesis Suggestion-minded, you are not afraid to offer solutions based on your analysis of the information on hand About the offer Yearly salary raise (on top of the annual salary indexation) Yearly bonus according to your performance Gift-receipts, eco-checks, meal vouchers Hospitalization and group insurance A cover on all public transportation costs Flexible work hours Hybrid work mode following the onboarding period
