Cream Consulting is a Business & Technology consulting firm working with major accounts in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, public services, and transportation. Your Mission As a Data Analyst (M/F), you will play a key role in leveraging data to support the business. You will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data, producing high-value analyses and reports, and assisting business teams in optimizing the use of their data in line with the organization's strategic objectives. Your Responsibilities: Analyze large volumes of data to understand business challenges and stakeholder needs Translate business requirements into relevant and actionable data analyses Contribute to the selection, implementation, and improvement of analysis and reporting tools Produce strategic analyses, dashboards, and reports for business stakeholders Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities from data Present and communicate analysis results in a clear and understandable way to business stakeholders Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability Help business teams better leverage and optimize their use of data Adapt to the specific environment and challenges of our clients Candidate Profile At least 1 year of experience in data analysis Passionate about data and transforming it into actionable insights for the business Experienced with data tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or equivalents Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, enabling you to make results understandable for non-technical audiences Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving Able to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment Fluent in French and English; a good knowledge of Dutch is a plus Our Recruitment Process: Phone interview with a recruiter Interview(s) with a Business Manager Client presentation Start of the assignment in a stimulating and challenging environment Audensiel is committed to fighting all forms of discrimination and promoting diversity and equal opportunities.
