Pod Talent are thrilled to be continuing our retained partnership with this global FMCG. As they prepare for a major SAP EWM transformation and strengthen their warehouse leadership.
The role is critical in driving performance, leading people through change, and preparing the operation for a major SAP EWM deployment. It suits a warehouse leader who has personally run an SAP EWM operation and thrives in complex, evolving environments.
Full operational leadership of a large warehouse site and two external 3PL sites, implementing best practice, owning safety, service, cost, inventory accuracy and people performance
Strategically lead warehouse change projects and act as the operational lead for EWM readiness and implementation
Build capability, engagement and succession across your team, leading change with credibility and empathy
Currently or recently managing a warehouse operating on SAP EWM
Proven, hands-on warehouse leader with experience running complex, high-volume operations, whilst also able to think strategically and commercially looking at the bigger picture
Comfortable working cross-functionally, dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and external partners
Location & Language
English required; additional European languages beneficial
You’ll play a pivotal role in a major SAP EWM transformation, which sets the foundations for operational success
