We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in power generation and rotating equipment to strengthen our engineering teams supporting energy and utilities clients across Europe. Role context: As an Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the reliability, safety, and operational efficiency of power generation assets. You will work on electrical systems associated with rotating equipment such as generators, gas turbines, steam turbines, and auxiliary installations, within thermal and flexible generation environments. You will operate in an international context, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external technical partners, both on-site and remotely depending on project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the availability and reliability of electrical systems in power generation facilities Work on high-voltage equipment, generators, protection and control systems, and substations Support maintenance activities, outages, and major revisions Analyze failures, incidents, and performance deviations Propose corrective actions and long-term improvement measures Contribute to maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle optimization Interface with OEMs, contractors, and technical partners Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g. ISO 45001) Support technical documentation, reporting, and validation workflows Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or equivalent Experience in power generation, utilities, or heavy industrial environments Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, generators, and protection & control Experience with rotating equipment is a strong asset Familiar with maintenance-driven and outage-based environments Experience in thermal or combined-cycle power plants is a plus Fluent in English, with a good knowledge of French.
