Vous êtes responsable de toute l'organisation pratique des formations, des centres de coaching et de développement : inscription des participants, réservation des salles, contacts avec les centres de formation, suivi et enregistrement dans l'outil de formation, préparation du matériel de formation, établissement des bons de commande, suivi de la facturation, etc.
Vous analysez les évaluations des formations
Vous gérez la boîte mail de Learning & Development
Vous gérez la plateforme de formation : tenir à jour les informations relatives aux formations, enregistrer les nouveaux collaborateurs, contrôler la qualité des données, etc.
Vous êtes l'un des points de contact de la cellule Learning & Development et assurez un suivi professionnel des appels téléphoniques et des e-mails
Vous êtes également chargé(e) d'apporter un soutien lors des divers projets de Learning & Development. Dans ce contexte, vous travaillez avec l'équipe pendant les ateliers et n'hésitez pas à contacter nos clients internes pour comprendre leurs besoins, expliquer l'offre de Learning & Development et promouvoir l'apprentissage à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise
Vous contribuez au développement d'outils d'apprentissage numériques dans le contexte de l'apprentissage numérique
Vous avez un Bachelier dans un domaine administratif (Office Management, Public Relations, etc.) Vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et du français. L'anglais est un atout
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office 365 et vous êtes prêt(e) à apprendre à utiliser de nouveaux logiciels (une expérience avec Flowsparks, Genially, Articulate ou Rise est un plus)
En outre, et conformément à la réglementation relative à ce type d'entrée en service, vous devez avoir moins de 26 ans à la date d'engagement
Un contrat à durée déterminée de 12 mois, renouvelable 1 an
