Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for a QA/QC Assistant to join its team in VIE and support projects in an industrial environment. ABOUT THE POSITION: Manage non‑conformities (NC): train staff, verify and record NCs, support analysis, define corrective actions, and ensure closure. Document management: review and validate manufacturer documentation, maintain archives, and ensure proper data organization. Maintain the Qualfocus database: metrology records, NC tracking, and applicable document lists. QA support: act as the backup for the QA Manager for document approval/signature. Lead internal ISO 9001 audit planning: create the audit schedule, ensure follow-up, and contribute to continuous improvement of the Quality Manual and internal processes. ABOUT YOU: You have a degree in mechanical or industrial engineering Proven first professional experience in QA/QC , ideally in an industrial environment (nuclear sector is a strong asset). Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.
